How payouts work

When you receive a payment on Stridee (through sponsorships, memberships, event tickets, or product sales), the funds are held in your Stridee balance. Credit card payments are held for 3-4 business days before they become available for withdrawal, this is the settlement period required by payment processors.

Once funds have settled and moved to your Available balance, you can request a payout to your bank account via IBAN transfer.

Balance breakdown

Your balance page shows four figures per currency:

• Incoming — payments received but still in the settlement period (3-4 business days).
• Available — settled funds ready to withdraw.
• Pending — payouts you have already requested that are being processed.
• Lifetime — total earnings across all time.

Payout fees

Stridee does not charge any fees on payouts. However, for cross-border transfers (e.g. USD, CAD), our payment processor charges a small fee to cover international bank transfer costs. This fee is a percentage of the payout amount or a minimum fee, whichever is higher. Payouts in EUR, GBP, and CHF are completely free.

For example, if you request a payout of $50 in USD, the 1% cross-border fee would be $0.50, but since the minimum fee is $2.50, the Processing fee would be $2.50.

How to request a payout

1. Go to the Balance page from the sidebar.
2. Tap the payout button in the top right corner (it becomes active once your available balance meets the minimum).
3. Select the currency you want to withdraw if you have balances in multiple currencies.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or tap MAX to withdraw everything.
5. Select a previously used bank account or enter a new IBAN.
6. Tap Request Payout to submit.

Processing time

Once you submit a payout request, the transfer to your bank account typically takes 1-3 business days. During this time, the payout will appear as Pending in your balance and payout history. Once completed, it will be marked as Paid.

Supported currencies

Stridee currently supports payouts in 🇪🇺 Euro (EUR), 🇬🇧 British Pound (GBP), 🇨🇭 Swiss Franc (CHF), 🇺🇸 US Dollar (USD) and 🇨🇦 Canadian Dollar (CAD). You can set your default currency in Settings.
