This session is designed for runners who want to build strength, improve movement quality, and stay healthy through consistent training.
Each class combines runner-specific strength training, stability work, and mobility to support better running mechanics and reduce injury risk. The focus is on clean movement, smart progressions, and exercises that translate directly to your running.
We train in a small group to allow for individual coaching, technical feedback, and a structured approach that works for different levels.
What to expect:
• Strength training tailored for runners (hips, core, posterior chain)
• Stability and coordination work
• Mobility that supports running efficiency
• Low-impact plyometric and tendon-prep elements
