Every Thursday. 6:30 PM. Ça va Saigon Bánh Mì, Ackerstraße 144. Here's the deal: - We meet, lace up and run to Mauerpark and back (~45 min) - Every pace welcome — seriously, no wrong way to show up. We keep a 7:15-7:30 min/km and adjust our pace in the park to the group (so literally all paces welcome) - Order your Bánh Mì before we head out so it's warm and ready when we get back 🥖 - Then we stay, eat and just hang for a bit Thursdays keep our weekends free for long runs, metro runs and races. It's the best kind of weekly routine. See you out there 🩵
